REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Proven experience with sourcing, social media recruiting, and ATS platforms
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance and hiring regulations (OFCCP, EEO)
- Highly organized with exceptional communication and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and align on best practices
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline through ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools
- Ensure compliance with all EEO, ADAAA, OFCCP, and federal hiring regulations
- Track and report recruiting metrics, talent plan updates, and pipeline health
- Champion the use and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
