RECRUITER needed to Build Relationships, Drive Collaboration and Support Growth!
FULLY REMOTE

You are:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 6+ years of HR experience.
- 3+ years in HR, with at least 1 year in high-volume Technology recruiting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Source, attract, and engage candidates using multiple tools including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term talent availability.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and regulations.
- Represent the company as an employer of choice through professional communication.
