Work from home flexibility following the first 90 days!

$85-$95k + bonus

You are:
  • Degree in HR or related field and HR certification required.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in HR leadership.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, culture change, and organizational development.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable in a multicultural business environment.
  • Willing to travel within the US and occasionally abroad.

What you will do?
Based in Las Vegas and reporting to Company’s Manager HRBP, the successful candidate will be a strong HR professional, effective communicator, knowledge and experience with federal, state, State of California, and local labor laws, be a creative problem solver and a true business partner, who can help the company meeting its strategic and operational objectives through effective management of its human resources.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Establish a strong HR foundation to support company growth and enhance its reputation as a Best Employer.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders, HR teams, and leverage global HR support for effective operations.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR and operational leaders to develop solutions.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Provide daily HR guidance to management, covering areas like talent acquisition, coaching, counseling, and policy interpretation.
  • Contribute to workforce and succession planning, as well as merger and acquisition activities.
  • Assist in rolling out HR initiatives such as talent planning, goal setting, and performance reviews.
  • Serve as a regional HR expert for matters in the Western USA, offering guidance in areas like compensation, benefits, safety, and disciplinary issues while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
