Job Description

Hybrid Remote - Human Resources Administrator needed for a growing hospitality group in South Orlando.  Successful candidate will support all areas of HR management including administrative support, data entry into HR database, and directing and planning the day to day operations of group benefits programs, worker's comp, life insurance, 401K and FMLA requests.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 4 years of related training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of different benefit plans
  • Hands-on experience in HRIS Systems, preferably UKG
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary Range  $60,000
