Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Location: Orlando, FL area
Employment Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support daily HR operations, recruiting coordination, and front office activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for HR calls and visitors
- Support recruiting (job postings, scheduling, onboarding)
- Prepare new hire packets and maintain personnel files
- Manage HR documentation, mailings, and compliance postings (EEO)
- Process invoices, timesheets, and order office supplies
- Assist with employee communications, marketing materials, and service awards
- Provide backup reception coverage as needed
- Support special projects and day-to-day HR operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience
- Strong customer service, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (SAP preferred)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
