As our Hospitality Inventory & Revenue Manager, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing inventory, maximizing revenue, and ensuring our properties run like well-oiled machines. Your efforts will directly impact occupancy, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and overall guest satisfaction. What You’ll Do:

• Strategize to optimize space utilization, revenue, and occupancy.
• Manage property & room inventory requests within multiple systems. 
• Leverage arrivals and capitalize on occupancy to drive timeshare sales.
• Collaborate with resort managers and internal departments to drive success across all properties.
• Take charge of forecasting and budgeting with pinpoint accuracy.
• Stay ahead of market demands, adjusting rates and strategies to stay competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

• A high school diploma or GED and at least 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of hospitality inventory experience managing processes and relationships.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• A data-driven problem solver with outstanding analytical skills.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Previous timeshare/hotel experience.
