As our Hospitality Inventory & Revenue Manager, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing inventory, maximizing revenue, and ensuring our properties run like well-oiled machines. Your efforts will directly impact occupancy, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and overall guest satisfaction. What You’ll Do:
- Strategize to optimize space utilization, revenue, and occupancy.
- Manage property & room inventory requests within multiple systems.
- Leverage arrivals and capitalize on occupancy to drive timeshare sales.
- Collaborate with resort managers and internal departments to drive success across all properties.
- Take charge of forecasting and budgeting with pinpoint accuracy.
- Stay ahead of market demands, adjusting rates and strategies to stay competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
- A high school diploma or GED and at least 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- 2+ years of hospitality inventory experience managing processes and relationships.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- A data-driven problem solver with outstanding analytical skills.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous timeshare/hotel experience.
Pay Rate: $30/hour
