Home Concierge Manager Needed for Luxury Residential Firm!

Salary: $65K+ (based on experience)
M-F 8am-5pm

Our client is looking for a Home Concierge Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance and service needs for high-end residential clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to establish trust with clients while ensuring every service is executed with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and vendors.
• Conduct regular home visits to identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and provide quick fixes or adjustments as necessary.
• Coordinate and clearly communicate service schedules and special requests.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed services.
• Oversee vendor activities, ensuring quality and adherence to company standards.
• Manage bids, orders, and invoices with accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Service Management.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of residential construction and home maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Clean background check, valid driver’s license, and insurable driving record.
