This role provides strategic support to senior leaders across performance management, talent planning, organizational design, employee relations, and change execution.

- 7+ years HRBP or equivalent strategic HR experience
- Strong influence, consulting, and leader support skills
- Success in fast-paced, evolving business environments
- Clinical background highly preferred, along with Markets & Finance experience

- Execute annual HR processes: performance calibration, promotions, talent reviews
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and reorganization efforts
- Provide job evaluation, compensation consulting, and workforce insights
- Manage complex employee relations cases in a high-volume environment
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise initiatives
