Job Description
*Our unique partner is seeking a tech savvy Senior HR Specialist. *
In Office
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
$50k-$60k

You are:
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in the Human Resources function
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now system preferred
• Applicant must have strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Prompt and regular attendance is a requirement of this position.
What you will do?
• Conducts thorough HR investigations & manages resolution processes
• Reviews all incoming HR paperwork for accuracy and works with HR Liaisons/Managers for corrections
• Completes assigned HR projects/reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Provides support as needed for various HR activities such as onboarding, background checks and E-Verify
• Receives new hire paperwork and reviews for completion and accuracy
• Delivers new hire orientation
• Prepares and processes HR related paperwork as needed
• Assists employees by providing answers to general HR related questions
• Supports the planning and execution of periodic HR events
• Verifies billing for background checks
• Processes unemployment claims
• Prepares, updates, and maintains job descriptions Senior Employment Specialist
