Healthcare Nonprofit Seeks HR Assistant:
Our client is seeking a sharp, confident, and dedicated HR Assistant to join their team. Our client is a healthcare nonprofit that serves at risk communities with chronic illnesses like HIV/AIDS. This fully onsite position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization committed to serving others.
Position: HR Assistant
Location: 100% Onsite
Hours: 10am-7pm with occasional weekend
Pay: $20-$24/hour with comprehensive benefits package
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR operations with a focus on professionalism and maintaining strong boundaries.
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee information and processes.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Provide reliable and honest support to the HR team, ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with staff at all levels.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of HR experience, including experience with HRIS systems.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree highly desired, though a strong candidate with an Associate Degree may be considered.
- A people person with excellent communication skills who is reliable and honest.
