A well-respected financial organization in Maitland is in need of a Front Office Administrator to handle the day to day office management, manage schedules for the executives, and serve as the liaison for team and outside vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in office administration, prior experience as an assistant to executive(s), experience with event planning, and some light marketing skills. Candidate must be highly organized and a self-starter.

Duties include the following: 

  • Client Database
  • IT/Tech Support
  • Maintain Vendor Relationships
  • HR / Personnel Support
  • Continuing Education Enrollment
  • Event Planning, Execution and Follow-up, Email Campaigns
  • CRM Management – Salesforce – Run reports, maintain active client contact information
  • Office Maintenance
  • Scheduling – responsible for scheduling 3-4 executives and managing calendars

Pay Rate - $20.00/hour
