Description of Company:
The company is headquartered in Sanford, Florida and is a unique manufacturing and sales company offering a range of products to dairies and farms around the world.
What You Will Be Doing?
-Handle direct customer inquiries via phone and email, return calls and emails promptly, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
-Enter customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, and follow-up accordingly.
-Monitor multiple email boxes to fulfill customer orders and service requests.
-Contact customers monthly via phone about how their system is working.
-Support other departments with various administrative tasks.
-Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
-Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
-Assign warranties to shipped purchases.
-Record purchase and shipping information for completed orders.
-Maintain office and kitchen supplies.
-Coordinate weekly team lunches.
-Cross train with team and fill-in as needed.
-Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-Previous receptionist, administrative office, customer service type experience required.
-Proficient typing skills required.
-Competent working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel required, Access and PowerPoint a plus).
-Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent planning and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
-Above average verbal and written communications skills.
PREFERENCES:
-Oracle NetSuite (they are currently implementing this ERP system)
-Bilingual Spanish
