  • Fully onsite role
  • Monday to Friday, regular business hours
  • Starting salary at $55K+, based on experience

Tews Company is hiring an Executive Assistant for a client in the construction industry. This role is perfect for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in Construction, HVAC, Architecture, or design-related industries preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace; quick to learn new tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, including proofreading and grammar.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible and comfortable with shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to the owner, prioritizing and managing their workload.
  • Handle complex tasks independently and provide regular updates.
  • Prepare, review, and organize business documents for signature and approval.
  • Manage administrative duties, including document storage and retrieval.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up until tasks are completed.
  • Run errands to assist the owner as needed.
  • Utilize tools such as Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and Airtable.
  • Apply knowledge of construction terminology and permitting (preferred).

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Must be a nonsmoker. This company is a drug- and alcohol-free workplace.
