The Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper role combines high-level administrative support with general bookkeeping responsibilities. Reporting directly to the company President, this position demands discretion in handling sensitive and proprietary information professionally.
Exceptional analytical abilities, along with experience in administration, communication, bookkeeping, and internal/external relations, are essential. The role requires strong organizational skills, high ethical standards, and the ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing tasks effectively. As a key member of our team, the Executive Assistant & Bookkeeper has opportunities for growth and exposure to various industries.
This position requires in-office presence four days a week, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 plus benefits
