Executive Administrative Assistant to the COO needed for a growing organization in Winter Park!

Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm  

Skills and Abilities needed for the role include:

Solid proficiency with MS Office:  Word, Outlook and Excel

Calendaring and Schedule management experience

Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Able to review and accurately edit documents

Arranging and assisting with preparing for various meetings

Filing and retrieving various documents and reports

Ordering office supplies

Comfortable working in a conservative, professional atmosphere

Starting annual salary is $50K to $54K
