Join our enterprise client as an Enterprise Application Systems Analyst. The Enterprise Applications Systems Analyst will provide support for key applications within the organization.  This role will work directly with users to streamline processes and improve the user experience.  We are looking for a strong communicator who can translate technical information into business terms. In this role, the analyst will engage vendors, help upgrade existing systems, work on new projects, and grow in your career.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Support both functional and technical issues related to the organization’s systems and  applications
  • Act as a business liaison between internal clients, vendors and IT
  • Develop a fit/gap analysis for applications in collaboration with business leaders
  • Help drive process efficiencies to the organization
  • Solicit and write business/functional requirements to facilitate communications on projects
  • Collaborate with peers across the globe to ensure alignment with parent company’s IT strategy
  • Prepare user training materials as needed for projects
  • Work with customer to develop user acceptance test scripts and test plans as needed
  • Administers users for the portfolio of applications
  • Review tickets in IT Help Desk and provide end-user support via remote support tools
  • Document/update processes and procedures
  • Assist with other projects and responsibilities as required
Education/Experience/Skills:
  • College degree related to information technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of IT application support experience
  • Critical thinking with ability to identify solutions and streamline processes
  • Experience with an ITSM ticketing system
  • Desire to work with vendors on solutions and support
  • Dependability and a willingness to learn is important for this role
  • Be familiar with best practice PMO approaches when working on projects
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to create and deliver communication plans for projects with vendors and internal customers
