The Senior Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for spearheading the development of new software features sanctioned by business unit leaders. These features may encompass introducing fresh functionalities or refining existing ones within Dynamics AX/D365 across current and forthcoming iterations. Integral to this role is the consistent conduct of code reviews to ensure top-notch design quality and to steer clear of needlessly complex structures. These responsibilities entail hands-on involvement in prototype development, code contributions, and technological evaluations.

As part of a collaborative team, this position contributes significantly to enhancing operational productivity, refining end-user experiences, and augmenting insights into our financial operations. The key responsibilities include:

• Developing new DAX features or adapting existing ones adhering to the team's best practices.
• Conducting proof of concept analyses for intricate software applications, strategically determining the solution's construction while meticulously considering technical constraints and risks.
• Crafting architectural prototypes to validate the feasibility, stability, and realism of the proposed solution, thereby enabling the software development team to proceed confidently.
• Seamlessly integrating with external applications utilizing DAX's available features.
• Conducting routine reviews of fellow developers' code to maintain design integrity and circumvent unnecessarily intricate structures.
• Offering recommendations to management on embracing new technologies or refining existing processes.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of DAX functionality to streamline development and testing processes.
• Collaborating with team members to define feature requirements effectively.
• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified Solution Developer status, proficiency with Dynamics AX 2012 R3 or Dynamics 365 finance and operation system, and extensive experience with X++ Language, Dynamics AX 2012 R3 functionalities, as well as the Microsoft .NET framework and C# language, spanning eight years or more.
