TEWS is currently seeking a Digital Product Analytics Manager to join a dynamic business team responsible for driving rich and engaging digital products for our customers/owners.

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading project planning, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role involves gathering and analyzing product requirements, managing the product backlog, and engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate updates. The Technical Product Manager should possess a strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.

Product Management Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices, guiding effective product strategy and execution.
Leadership Skills:
  • Qualities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project goals.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships, ensuring alignment and support for product initiatives.
Strategic Thinking:
  • Strategic mindset to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities, driving product innovation and market success.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making, optimizing product performance and user experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership (15%): Lead project planning, tracking, and coordination efforts. Ensure project milestones are met and resources are managed effectively.
  • Feature Development (20%): Define and prioritize product features based on business value and user needs. Drive the development and delivery of high-quality product features.
  • Stakeholder Engagement (15%): Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, requirements, and priorities. Communicate product updates and solicit feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Requirements & User Stories (15%): Gather, analyze, and document detailed product requirements. Create clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Issue Management (10%): Proactively identify and address project issues and risks. Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Technical Aptitude (15%): Demonstrate a solid technical understanding of the product domain. Guide technical discussions and contribute to problem-solving efforts. Understand and contribute to technical architecture, design and implementation.
  • Metrics / Analytics (10%): Understand, contribute to and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Analyze metrics and analytics data to assess product performance and user engagement. Use data-driven insights to optimize product functionality.
Knowledge and skills :
  • Solid understanding of product management principles and best practices – familiar in hospitality, eCommerce and/or Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated success managing web and mobile projects that require in-depth partnership with IT/technical counterparts and integration with back-end systems/data.
  • Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams with the ability to coach and mentor regardless of reporting relationships
  • Strategic mindset to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in technical concepts relevant to the product domain.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements.
  • Project management skills to plan, track, and execute product initiatives.
  • Ability to address complex problems and make sound judgments to drive project success.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience with Content Management System (CMS)
  • Experience with Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics)
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, etc.)
  • Experience managing and estimating projects
