TEWS has an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator. This role will assist with executing direct channel and third-party promotional campaigns for a division of the organization.
The role is responsible for ensuring the end-to-end roll out of third-party web promotions and overseeing monthly email deployments. A crucial part of your responsibility is supporting internal clients located in Europe.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keeps well-organized documentation of all offers, promotions, and email deployment schedules ready to be shared with internal clients and upper management.
- Collaborates on campaign development with various departments.
- Develops and maintains standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for business processes for the day-to-day execution of the campaign management processes.
- Ensures our promotional offers are deployed on all web direct and third-party channels (e.g.: Tripadvisor, Metasearch, Google).
- Works closely with the Ecommerce Content Specialists to ensure supporting tasks (landing page development, website offer publishing) are executed in accordance with established SOPs.
- Monitors and analyzes performance of digital marketing efforts highlighting audience development, list growth, benchmarks, metrics, and ROI.
- Shares key learnings to innovate and optimize A/B testing and campaign execution in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Project) and experience with digital tools like Tripadvisor Business Advantage, Google AdWords, and SEO/SEM.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong research skills (Google/ChatGPT).
- Exceptional multitasking ability and organizational prowess under tight deadlines.
- Hunger to grow, innovate, and bring fresh ideas to simplify and enhance processes.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry and digital campaign marketing.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- An analytical mindset and a working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Looker Studio, or Alteryx.
- Prior experience with the development and deployment digital marketing campaigns across various channels leveraging incremental enhancements and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
