Contract Length: 6+ months
You are:
- Proven experience in a customer support or similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Proficiency in using customer support software.
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist customers who have been locked out of their accounts, guiding them through the account recovery process.
- Investigate and resolve cases of missing loyalty points promptly and accurately.
- Resolve technical errors or glitches customers encounter while using our platform.
- Provide detailed information about our loyalty program to customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
- Explain and clarify status levels within our loyalty program, assisting customers in understanding their benefits.
