Our client is a reputable company dedicated to delivering exceptional products/services and customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team and provide outstanding support to their valued customers.
DUTIES:
- Handle high volume of customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information on products/services and policies.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations with empathy and efficiency.
- Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in high-volume customer service, ideally in a call center.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, customer service software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
HOURS: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, fully in office
PAY RATE: $17.00 per hour
CONTRACT LENGTH: 4+ months (possibility to go permanent)
LOCATION: Downtown Orlando
