Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to guide members through an end-to-end account relinquishment process. This role will review eligibility, manage cases, calculate and communicate fees, process payments, and provide support through phone and email.

Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to guide members through an end-to-end account relinquishment process. This role will review eligibility, manage cases, calculate and communicate fees, process payments, and provide support through phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Review accounts and determine eligibility for the relinquishment program.
- Manage cases from initial qualification through cancellation confirmation.
- Calculate and communicate applicable fees using Excel.
- Process member payments and send required approval and confirmation letters.
- Handle approximately 15–20 inbound calls per day.
- Respond professionally to questions, objections, and fee-related concerns.
- Document interactions and case activity accurately.
- Identify appropriate escalations and follow established procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to take notes, learn processes quickly, and ask appropriate questions.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Previous remote work experience preferred.
- Experience in timeshare, real estate, collections, or customer service is helpful.
