Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pay:  $18 - $20/hr (BOE)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The primary objective of this position is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing responsive, knowledgeable support and ensuring customer projects move smoothly from quote to completion.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can manage multiple customer accounts and projects, follow through on details, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and projects on a daily basis.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email to answer questions and address their needs.
• Prepare and provide quotes based on customer requests.
• Process and facilitate customer orders accurately.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Coordinate with production and other team members to ensure orders are accurately produced.
• Track project details, deadlines, and customer requirements.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide a positive customer experience.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in the printing industry is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
