A growing health-services industry organization in the UCF/Oviedo area has an opening for a Customer Service Associate with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- 3+ years of experience handling incoming calls – good phone etiquette
- Will be taking incoming calls from professionals, so must be articulate – this is NOT a sales role or a role handling complaints.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to learn!
Hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and pay is $15/hour. This is a contract-to-hire position.
