You are:
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in hospitality environment or similar.
- Attention to detail.
- Organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work within defined guidelines.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Work in a data-driven, collaborative environment.
What will you do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain and update property content on OTAs, direct sites, and other distribution channels.
- Support property onboarding tasks, including extranet access, mapping, and content builds.
- Set up and manage promotional campaigns to drive bookings during need periods.
- Audit and ensure rate parity across partners; troubleshoot rate/availability issues.
- Partner with property teams, revenue management, and external partners to gather updates and align strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain departmental spreadsheets and prepare regular updates on marketing and distribution initiatives.
