HVAC Operations Manager Needed in Orlando!
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)
Salary: $120K+ (based on experience)

A leading mechanical services company is seeking an experienced HVAC Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading field teams, driving customer satisfaction, and optimizing service operations to support long-term growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee departmental efficiency and performance, ensuring service goals are met

• Lead, coach, and develop residential service technicians across startup, maintenance, and repair functions

• Conduct regular technician reviews and manage workforce planning

• Drive growth through proactive promotion of maintenance plans and accessory sales

• Enforce company policies and ensure seamless internal and external communication

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in both retail and new construction segments

• Serve as primary liaison with manufacturer technical support teams

• Collaborate with executive leadership and perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with at least 2 years as a senior technician

• 1+ year of team management or supervisory experience

• EPA certification required; NATE certification preferred

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to lead with professionalism and integrity in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingual a plus
