MINNETONKA, MN or MADISON, WI 3 days a week!
$37-$58/hour, depending on experience

You are:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Pre-Law, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience in contract negotiation, preferably with exposure to IT and/or Operations contracts.

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
What you will do?
Our partner is seeking a Senior Contract Manager. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to negotiate vendor contracts, focusing on securing favorable terms, pricing, and service-level agreements while ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
Essential Job Functions:

Negotiate vendor contracts that include pricing, terms and conditions, risk mitigation, and service-level agreements.

Partner with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations teams to align contracts with business needs and compliance standards.

Analyze contract terms to identify opportunities for improvement.

Manage multiple concurrent negotiations while maintaining attention to detail.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.

Ensure contract data is properly entered and maintained in the contract management system.
