We are currently looking for a Corporate Accountant for our client in the Central Florida area. This candidate will handle a variety of Accounting responsibilities and will join the growing accounting team.

SHIFT:
Monday-Friday Core Business Hours

PAY RATE:
$65-75k based on experience, plus bonus

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Assist with preparation and timely delivery of accurate financial information Provide support with shareholder accounts and other Corporate related tasks.
•Prepare monthly and year-end financial package for the Company including balance sheet, income statement, monthly financial write-up, expense variance report and account analysis.
•Publish monthly consolidated reporting documents by specified due dates including the report and consolidated Notes & Mortgage schedule. Prepare the companies holding groups forecasts.
•Proficiency in financial analysis, adeptly translating data into strategic recommendations
•Sound familiarity with month-end intricacies and the production of comprehensive financial reports
•Ability to contribute effectively to budget creation and the development of accurate forecasting models
•Proficient coordination and monitoring of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects
•Fluency in navigating ERP systems, particularly in their financial applications

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•As a Corporate Accountant at our Client's organization, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial processes.
•Apply innovative methodologies for incisive financial analysis, furnishing decision-makers with actionable insights
•Spearhead month-end procedures, encompassing meticulous reconciliations and perceptive reporting
•Facilitate seamless management of accounts receivable and payable, meticulously preserving cash flow accuracy
•Collaborate on the formulation of budgets and data-driven predictive models to drive future accomplishments
•Take charge of coordinating and monitoring capital expenditure (CAPEX) initiatives
•Oversee a spectrum of accounting tasks, ranging from diligent reconciliations to astute journal entries

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required (not just finance)
 -Two to five years of experience in cost accounting or general accounting 
-Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
