Chief of Staff
Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $80–$100K + Stock Options
About the Role
Our client is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as an extension of his thinking, communication, and execution.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you’ll step into technical and strategic conversations, drive alignment across leadership, and ensure key initiatives move forward—whether the CEO is in the room or not.
This is not a coordination role. We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, challenge leaders, and push execution forward in a fast-moving tech environment.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a proxy for the CEO—drive priorities, prep for meetings, and ensure follow-through
- Step into technical and cross-functional discussions to keep initiatives moving
- Build structure and accountability across teams
- Run operating cadence (leadership meetings, planning, decision tracking)
- Keep the CEO informed through clear frameworks and communication loops
- Partner with technical leaders, including the CTO, to accelerate execution
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in Chief of Staff, Strategy/Ops, Consulting, or Program Management
- Experience in a technology environment (required)
- Strong technical acumen—comfortable in engineering-adjacent conversations
- Bachelor’s required; MBA preferred
- Highly organized with strong execution skills
- Confident communicator who can push back and influence senior leaders
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
