You are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience
- SAP or waste industry software experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage monthly and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and audit support
- Lead budget planning, variance analysis, and workforce productivity evaluations
- Oversee accounts receivable, credit approval processes, and sales tax filings
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and internal controls
- Drive operational efficiencies and cross-functional collaboration
