Job Description
As company continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator who can assist management in the successful execution of multiple construction projects, providing crucial support from inception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
**Support Project Workflow:** Assist in prioritizing project tasks to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of deliverables.
**Schedule Coordination:** Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules to keep all stakeholders informed of deadlines and milestones.
**Budget Assistance:** Aid in the development and tracking of project budgets, ensuring expenditures align with company guidelines.
**Meeting Facilitation:** Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes to promote clear communication among team members.
**Document Review Support:** Review construction documents and project specifications to ensure clarity and alignment among all parties.
**Consultant Liaison:** Provide support in coordinating activities with external consultants, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
**Progress Monitoring:** Participate in on-site project walks to assess progress and gather insights for reporting to management.
**Risk Identification:** Assist in identifying potential project risks and contribute to developing strategies to address these challenges.
**Expense Tracking:** Help monitor project expenses and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Smart Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer applications and typing
- Capable of supporting team leadership and establishing clear expectations
