Client Associate – Private Wealth Management
Starting Salary: $60-75K, plus bonus
Location: Winter Park, FL

We are seeking a Client Associate to join a Private Wealth team. In this dynamic role, you will support the financial advisors in providing exceptional service to a sophisticated client base, including high and ultra-high net worth individuals, executives, business owners, and multigenerational families.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for daily client inquiries and account servicing needs, including general account questions, investment orders, distributions, and service requests.

Assist with onboarding new clients, including account opening, due diligence, and ongoing compliance monitoring.

Prepare documentation and materials for client meetings, business development trips, and investment proposals.

Partner with team members to ensure all client accounts remain in compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Maintain an organized client tracking system for scheduling, follow-ups, and business development initiatives.

Juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Educate clients on our full suite of account services and capabilities.

Help plan and execute marketing events and develop marketing collateral to support team growth and engagement.
Qualifications and Experience

Experience in client service, preferably within finance, wealth management, hospitality, or similar industries.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.

Collaborative mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Discreet, tactful, and adaptable to shifting demands and priorities.

FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) preferred—or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree.
