- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a closely related field
- Strong Excel skills
- Tech-savvy – willingness to learn new software
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task under pressure
- Professional verbal communication and appearance
- Strong work ethic and desire to grow with the organization (no job hoppers!)
- Independent worker, but team-player willing to collaborate
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with budget preparation, cost allocation, and financial reporting
- Monitor department spending and flag issues
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances
- Help prepare capital improvement plans
- Support project management tracking
- Communicate clearly with company managers, directors, and public stakeholders
