Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver courteous, timely, and effective service to our clients.

• Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Accounts Receivable Oversight: Monitor and manage client accounts receivable.

• Consistent Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients.
• Business Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships to support client business success.

Skills/Experience/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: A degree in a relevant field demonstrates your commitment to learning and growth.
• Client/Customer Service Skills: Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think outside the box and find solutions.
• Project Management Skills: Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Interpersonal Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial Analysis (Preferred): Understanding of financial data and analysis.
• Curiosity About Small Businesses: An interest in how small businesses operate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish.
• Local Presence: Reside in or near the Kissimmee/Celebration/Hunter’s Creek/Champion’s Gate/Disney/LBV areas.
