We are seeking a skilled Senior Applications Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enhancements within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, with a primary focus on Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) and related platforms. This role plays a key part in advancing our fundraising and partnership efforts by ensuring our systems remain scalable, reliable, and donor-centric.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain T-SQL procedures, views, and database objects to support system functionality and data integrity.
  • Extend and configure Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) using its .NET-based SDK and SQL framework to meet dynamic business requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations between BBCRM and other internal or third-party applications using tools like Zuri Velocity, Brightvine Data Link, or custom APIs.
  • Monitor CRM platform updates, recommend improvements, and assist in system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation that aligns with organizational standards and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that support fundraising, donor engagement, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of related work experience, or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Blackbaud CRM (BBCRM) or similar large-scale CRM platforms.
  • Advanced skills in T-SQL, including stored procedures, database optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency with the .NET Framework and CRM SDKs.
  • Background in supporting fundraising, donor engagement, or nonprofit CRM initiatives.
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Zuri Velocity or Brightvine Data Link.
  • Experience with service request and ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or TeamDynamix.
  • Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
