Admissions Coordinator Needed For Orlando Private Christian School!

Schedule: M-F, 8 AM – 4 PM | Pay: $20+ per hour (based on experience) | Onsite Only

A private Christian school in Orlando is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support enrollment efforts with a strong focus on hospitality, relationship-building, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in education or admissions who is passionate about connecting families with a Christ-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process with care and professionalism.
• Conduct campus tours, share the school’s mission, and foster relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process applications, coordinate admissions testing, and manage enrollment records.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including school events, outreach, and digital communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive experience for families.

Qualifications:

• A strong, active Christian faith with regular church attendance.
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Ideal candidate would have experience in admissions, customer service, or marketing (preferably in a K-12 setting), but not required.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
