Front Office Administrator needed for a Winter Park Real Estate Company

Seeking an administrative assistant role and interested in property management? This is a great opportunity! This is a Temp to Hire role. Benefits offered once perm.

Shift: 
Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30 pm (in office)

Salary: $45,000

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

  • Friendly and professional demeanor and positive attitude (has the ability to diffuse a situation)
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to multi-task
  • Great organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (they just need basic Excel skills).
  • Interpersonal communication and problem solver
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a small office setting
  • Flexible and able to adapt

Job Responsibilities:

Seeking an individual to assist the office staff of a real estate firm. Candidate must be a detail-oriented individual who has excellent multi-tasking skills. Must be able to work well with others, as well as independently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting and receiving of guests
  • Answer phones
  • Speak with clients, tenants, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Retrieve and distribute mail
  • Draft and mail letters
  • Prepare documents for signature
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Send monthly reports to clients
  • Support leaders and team with administrative projects and requests
