Dispatcher – Delivery Operations
Salary: $52,000 annually
Location: Onsite in St. Cloud, Florida
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to oversee daily logistics for delivery operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining clear communication with drivers and customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily delivery schedules and assign routes to drivers

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding scheduling, deliveries, and issue resolution

Monitor delivery progress and provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams

Communicate clearly with drivers to resolve issues and adjust routes as needed

Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, product availability, and timing

Maintain accurate dispatch records and delivery logs

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow

Troubleshoot and resolve basic delivery or driver-related issues
Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Proficiency with Outlook, QuickBooks, and Excel

Strong attention to detail

Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery coordination (landscaping, construction, or trucking experience)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
