Administrative Assistant (Treasury & Risk)
Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Onsite initially; hybrid thereafter
Pay Rate: $24–$28 per hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Contract-to-hire (conversion expected after 6 months)
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders within Treasury and Risk. This role includes calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and confidential administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, meetings, and conference calls

Coordinate complex domestic travel and prepare expense reports

Maintain budgets, track expenses, and manage departmental documentation

Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations

Organize electronic and physical files while maintaining confidentiality

Provide periodic reception support as needed
Treasury / Finance Support
-
Compile and distribute Board materials
-
Manage tax and regulatory mail; deposit checks and mail tax returns

Coordinate IRS and audit documentation

Maintain FATCA documentation and regulatory filings

Administer Concur, corporate credit cards, and related reporting
Qualifications
-
3+ years of administrative or executive support experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro

Experience with Concur, AMEX, and banking platforms preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
Preferred Experience

Finance or accounting administrative support

Expense systems (Concur or Basware)

Corporate credit card administration

Legal or paralegal background
Work Environment
Fully onsite for the first 30–60 days, then hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week).
