Administrative Assistant in Marketing - 1-3 Month Contract
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Administrative/Marketing Assistant and help bring ambitious hotel projects to life! We are seeking a motivated individual to provide essential in-office support for approximately 1 to 3 months. This role is pivotal in organizing materials and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced creative environment. Shift: M- F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Pay: $20-$23 based on experience
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Mac operating systems
- Previous experience as a Coordinator in a creative environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage materials effectively, including the use of a small step ladder for hanging items
- High energy and a fast-paced work ethic
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Keynote software
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Background in a creative field, such as interiors, advertising, or marketing
- Previous experience supporting production in a similar role
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs
- Availability to start ASAP
