We are seeking an Inventory Co-Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you'll be a key player ensuring that our footwear inventory flows smoothly from our European factories to retailers across the U.S. You’ll work closely with leadership, collaborate with the warehouse and customer service teams, and use your Excel expertise daily.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and release inventory orders from our main factory through our ERP system.

Monitor shipments, print DHL tickets, and track delivery progress.

Print PIC tickets from accounting software and match with incoming shipments before sending to the warehouse.

Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Macros) to analyze and update inventory data.

Coordinate with sales teams and customer service representatives to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Assist in general inventory checks and balances.
What We’re Looking For

Inventory experience (ideally in a fast-paced or seasonal environment).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Macros).

Solid computer literacy and general comfort working with various systems.

Background in accounting or familiarity with checks and balances is a plus.

Ability to work onsite at our Winter Park office.
