You are:
  • High School Diploma
  • 10+ years of prior Executive Administrative experience supporting C-Level Executive in a Corporate Environment
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of others
  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication with strong grammar and proof-reading experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Impeccable communication and follow-through
  • Strong organizational skills

What you will do?
  • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for C-Level Executive, coordinating internal and external meetings with frequent reprioritization.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, talking points, presentations, and logistics.
  • Oversee all aspects of meeting and event logistics, including venue selection, setup, AV, catering, and on-site support.
  • Serve as primary liaison for the C-Level Executive, prioritizing and escalating issues to optimize time and resolve matters proactively.
  • Screen and manage all incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Draft and review high-level correspondence, including memos, letters, and actionable emails.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and detailed itineraries; schedule meetings and events across multiple locations.
  • Prepare and track expense reports post-travel; audit executive expenses for policy compliance.
  • Maintain a structured system for tracking priorities and projects, often handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Manage document routing and follow-up to ensure proper processing and delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to other senior leaders as needed.
  • Act as liaison between Executive and direct reports to foster effective communication and workflow.
