Job Description

Receptionist - Long Term Contract (9 months)
Starts on Monday, March 2nd

Pay rate: $18/hour

Our client, located by UCF, is seeking a professional and highly organized Reception / Administrative Support Specialist to provide front-office, communication, and administrative support. This role plays a key part in supporting daily site operations, visitor management, personnel coordination, and essential administrative processes that ensure an efficient and secure training environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary front desk and reception point of contact, welcoming visitors and directing inquiries appropriately.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal communications with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Coordinate employee travel arrangements, including bookings, itinerary updates, and required documentation.

  • Support access control procedures, including visitor badging, system access requests, and escorting visitors as needed.

  • Draft, edit, and format documents, meeting minutes, correspondence, and other written materials.

  • Assist with new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and organized first-day experience.

  • Maintain accurate personnel, security, and recall roster records in accordance with site requirements.

  • Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions and maintain related documentation.

  • Interface with Program Management Office (PMO), installation personnel, and internal teams to support daily operations.

  • Provide general administrative support to maintain efficient and professional site functioning.

  • Support environmental health and safety processes as required.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a structured, operational environment.
