Administrative Coordinator
Compensation: $28/hour (~$58K annually)
Schedule: Hybrid (WFH one day a week)
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support internal operations and project-based work. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure, and can keep multiple priorities moving forward.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize SharePoint files and internal documentation

Format, edit, and prepare materials for meetings and internal use

Perform data entry and maintain accuracy across systems and CRM

Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure progress

Maintain document version control and organization across projects

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Qualifications

3–5 years of administrative or operations experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel required)

High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information

Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience with CRM systems and/or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) preferred
