Administrative Coordinator - Medical

A medical company in downtown Orlando is looking for an Administrative Coordinator/Scheduling Coordinator. This person will work with the patient, doctor, adjustor and nurse to assist patients in timely scheduling of treatment.
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong business acumen
- Organizational skills
- High school diploma
- Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and CRM Software
- Workers' Compensation knowledge, preferred
This person acts as the coordinator for all parties involved with the claim – the patient, provider’s office, and adjuster and/or nurse case manager. This person will consistently communicate with each party, keeping them updated of the treatment progress, both pre- and post-appointments.
This is a contract-to-hire position.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
