Administrative Clerk - Long-Term Temporary

Wonderful long-term contract position with a medical company in Oviedo!
This position is assisting with contract administrative temporarily. High attention to detail and critical thinking required.
Start date will be late April or early May and will run into September. Potential to extend and small potential to go permanent.
- At least 1 year administrative work experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- High Attention to detail
- Organizational skill
Performs the following tasks with direct supervision:
- Receipt of new case from Sales team/Draft and send contract
- Process new items received to activate account
- Notification to Sales team if any significant changes to account type are requested
- Agreement language changes
- Referral status updates
- Assure all documentation is received and compile the working file in FileMaker for submission to
- Quality Assurance for activation
Pay rate is $12/hour and hours are M-F 8a-5p.
