Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking to support a dynamic in-house legal team? We’re seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant whose skills will be essential in keeping legal operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help manage schedules, track deadlines, and handle administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being an integral part of a collaborative legal office, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional tone and correct grammar.  
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive approach to interactions.  
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.  
- Experience with e-signature platforms (e.g., AdobeSign, DocuSign) and mail tracking services.  
- Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.

Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and software.  
- Experience in document preparation for audits and legal proceedings.  
- Knowledge of billing processes and invoice management.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.  
- 4+ years of experience in a legal administrative or legal assistant role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for occasional courier duties. 
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2 days a week in the office.
