Administrative Assistant opening in Winter Park

This newly created opportunity is to help support the Office Manager of a small but incredibly busy Financial Advisory Firm. If you possess each of the following traits...this could be your next home:

  • Prioritizing Extraordinaire
  • 3-5 years of Administrative Experience

Here are a few, but definitely not all, of the job responsibilities:

  • Order and Maintain Office Supplies
  • Project Coordination (Research and gather data, update manuals and website maintenance, etc.)
  • Expense Reports
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Act as liaison with magazines for Advertisements (Edit Ad Copy, Layout Suggestions, etc.)

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 (Remember, Punctuality is KEY!)
