A growing company near MCO specializing in events is looking for an Administrative Assistant to help their sales team. There is opportunity for growth!

  • This individual will be an extension of the sales team.
  • As orders come in, the Sales Assistant will be inputting them into the computer, corresponding with the installation team, the warehouse employees, and other departments as needed.
  • They will be drafting sales proposals for prospective clients.
  • Double checking orders and event details as event dates approach

SHIFT: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, 1 hour for lunch

PAY RATE: $15-$16

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (including education and certifications):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and operate multiple computer programs at once
  • Ability to efficiently utilize Microsoft Outlook
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
