The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office and direct support of HR Director/CHRO.

The Human Resource Administrative Assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the human resource office and direct support of HR Director/CHRO.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answers and directs departmental phone calls and inquiries.
- Assists in scheduling and organization of department tasks; assists in developing and implementing best practices from physical filing and digital applications and utilization of IT solutions
- Creates and proofreads documents and correspondence produced by the department.
- Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
- May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
- Assists in payroll preparation and processing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to operate general office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe; Word, Excel and or similar software.
- Familiarity with HR and payroll practices.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Administrative training required.
- Five years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
- Two years of experience supporting HR leadership
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds at times.
Pay is $24 - $25/hr
